At Hamdani Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products (perfumes and attars), we accept returns only under the following condition:


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a physically damaged or cracked condition.
  • You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Send us an email at info@hamdanifragrances.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos/videos showing the damage.
  • Our team will verify the issue and respond within 2–3 business days.

3. Refund or Replacement

  • Once your return is approved, we will either:
    • Send a replacement product, or
    • Credit a full refund (for prepaid orders), depending on product availability and your preference. & replacement will be delivered in 5-7 workings days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used bottles.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
  • Returns requested after the 48-hour window.
