At Hamdani Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products (perfumes and attars), we accept returns only under the following condition:
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a physically damaged or cracked condition.
- You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Send us an email at info@hamdanifragrances.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos/videos showing the damage.
- Our team will verify the issue and respond within 2–3 business days.
3. Refund or Replacement
- Once your return is approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Credit a full refund (for prepaid orders), depending on product availability and your preference. & replacement will be delivered in 5-7 workings days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used bottles.
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Returns requested after the 48-hour window.
